Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between One Vision Group brokered by eXp Realty, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and any individual or entity engaging in real estate services with the Company, hereinafter referred to as "the Client."

2. Scope of Services

The Company agrees to provide real estate services to the Client, which may include but are not limited to property listing, property management, tenant screening, lease negotiation, and property marketing.

3. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information to the Company regarding the property in question and any relevant documentation required for the provision of real estate services.

4. Fees and Payments

The Client agrees to pay the Company for the services rendered according to the fee schedule agreed upon between both parties. Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the fee schedule.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the provision of real estate services.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the provision of real estate services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice to the other party. Termination shall not relieve the Client of any obligations to pay for services rendered prior to termination.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Amendments

Any amendments or modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

10. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
